Angry 1993 club car will not go

need help troubleshooting controller. solenoid good, batteries good. will not move forward or backward

have you tested and load tested batteries? have you jumped solenoid to see if it works?.......many other things that would go before controller so you might want to make certain.............it only takes 1 battery to stop the cart or a microswitch or a loose or broken wire/cable........................................

Thanks for the reply. yes all those have been checked. Is there a way to bypass controller to make sure it is bad before purchasing another one?

no none that i know of..........very rare for controller on that cart to go bad.......................

Have you made sure all of your battery connection are tight?

I did the motor test, jacked cart, jumped s2 and a2, positive on a1 with negative on s1, got nothing.

Could it be brushes, or is there any type of centrifugal switch inside the motor?

there are brushes and yes thats always possible .........wire inside motor at brush hold down or brushes..................................
