1995 Charging with new charger need help
I have a friend that has a 1995 cc 48 volt cart. His charger went out and he bought a newer style automatic charger(Stanley brand found at Sams and wal mart) When he plugs the charger in it says it is charging then after a few minutes it cuts off and says it is fully charged. However the cart is not charged.I was wondering if the 1995 48 volt carts had an OBC. And if maybe he needed to bypass it to use the new charger. If so could someone please give instrictions how to bypass it Thanks.

I have a 95 48v and yes it has a OBC and you will need to bypass it to use that charger. Search OBC Bypass.
