Checking Batteries
Looking to buy another cart to replace my '07 Precedent with 4-12v batteries. Probably a 2009 or 2010 Precedent. Have numerous carts to choose from and I have the OK to check all of the carts on hand. Is there a way to check battery condition on the carts? Also is there anything else that needs to be checked for these year models.

Re: Checking Batteries
These should all have the six 8 volt setup, which is a plus.
You can check the year of the batts by reading the numbers stamped on the battery posts. The letter is the month (a=January and so on), and the 2 numbers are the last two digits of year (11=2011). Also check the water levels in them. Remove each cap and make sure there is sufficient water in each cell. |
