Recommendation on FNR switch
All right everyone I need advice. My switch is shot. I am open for recommendations on what people have bought and recommend. I am also considering scottyb conversion to the rocker style switch. 2000 ez go txt, ht electric 6.1hp motor, alltrax 4845, 2 awq wire, Trojan batteries and heavy duty solenoid. Also 6 inch lift with 22 inch tire. Thanks in advance.

Re: Recommendation on FNR switch
Mike.....do you have a series cart? if so, you can just get one of ScottyB's HD F&R Switches. he has stated that he has never had one of HIS HD F&R's fail...and I pit one in mine, along with a complete upgraded delivery system, as you can see what's in mine in my sig.

Yes it is a series court. Do you have a link to the item you are talking about?

Re: Recommendation on FNR switch
Our Ezgo HD F&R is 60% heavier duty than any of the competition.

Re: Recommendation on FNR switch
I am very tempted by this: http://cartsunlimited.net/Reversing_Contactors.html
A couple of members installed it and commented in this thread: http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...contactor.html My switch hasn't been stressed but I like the easy rocker switch shifting and not having to reach to the dash like PDS carts. |

Re: Recommendation on FNR switch
I have never heard of it, but club car has been putting their rocker switch down by your knee for 11 years.
