Default PDS run up to 80%, then shuts down to 10%

Trouble with 2010 PDS, runs up to 80% throttle, then quickly shuts down to about 10%. Will then operate up to about 20% to 30% with pedal to floor. If I reset tow/run switch it will again run up to 80%. Checked harness, swapped solenoid and controller, swapped rmp sensor. Throttle sensor and micro switch good. Batteries connections and cables all good. Whats left to check?:

If you haven't done so, I would double check the battery voltage when it is running at 20 %.

Battery voltage holding around 37 volts, have load tested batteries individually and together.

Put the cart into diagnostic mode and see if you get an error code. If the Curtis control senses a welded solenoid it goes to a 'limp home' mode. Cycling the R/T switch clears the fault codes. (reboots the computer)

Diagnostics mode gave a "1-3 fault, speed sensor, runs slow" , Changed out sensor, still getting same fault & run issue, then discovered previous technician lost magnet from motor shaft when he swapped out sensor before. Replace magnet and all is right !!! THANKS !!! ScottyB

No problem - thought it was maybe the magnet or sensor myself but wasn't 100%
