Ah yes, that gives me some good clues. Thanks! So has anyone attempted a disassemble of these? It seems that there are no inspection plates and what not, it just has to come apart it seems....

I haven't gotten around to tackling this yet...perhaps as the weather gets more unpleasing we will get to this! I still do want to hear from those who have done this before. :)

I like to think I know a decent amount, but I've never torn into a Club Car transaxle before, I don't really know of anyone on here in particular who has. You might want to search in the motor swap part of this forum, some of those guys get pretty deep into their rebuilds, swapping out gears and what not.
