I did not hone it, but it had obvious cross hatching on the new cylinder. I assumed that was good enough? It is running pretty good right now. I took it to the lake this weekend and ran it around quite a bit. The next time I go down I will take the compression tester and see how it is doing. Thanks for all of the help.

The reality with those old Ezgo two strokes is they never had much power.
