32nd week of 1995, is the MCOR4 conversion kit the only way to go here? Are there any other options?

Yes on my moms wifi and it posted twice. I'll check it in the morning I won't be with golf cart till then. Sound like if I cleaned it up now the fix is coming down the road anyways.
