Default Power bed lift Carryall

I am considering installing a powered lift for the bed on my Carryall II. Looking for information on installing one of these.

Very expensive. Have it on one of our carts and the lift cylinder seal is blown out so it leaks fluid whenever it gets used( which luckily isn't very often). Club car doesn't sell a seal kit for it, and I was quoted close to $900 just for a new cylinder.

12 volt Linear Actuator from Northern Tool carguybill.
Just need to determine a weight you'll be lifting and the stroke length on how far you want the bed to lift.

Ah, Classycarts. Now I remember the Northern tool linear actuators being mentioned a while back when the subject came up. I will pursue this. Thanks.

Does anyone have any photos showing installs? I'd love to see a factory install also. No sense reinventing the wheel.

Thanks Guys

Have one here in the line up waiting to be worked on in the next couple days. I'll get you some pics if someone hasn't posted up a pic by then. I'd get you one now but that is one of the things that needs repaired.

Good idea Jimmie, where would I find this diagram? I have the Club Car parts manual but I don't think mine includes the tilt bed diagram.

Thanks classycarts for the offer but since you are fairly close to me would it be OK if I just drove over to your shop and took the photos myself? I'd also enjoy seeing your shop.
