G16 Solenoid Trigger Power Source?
Evening all,
I bought a G16A today, wouldn't start and has the usual chassis rust up front. It has no power to the dash switch (on the red wire). I pulled the battery and found the other end of the red wire hanging in the breeze beneath the box containing the solenoid etc. I slipped the battery back in and with the end of the wire on the battery + all is good with the world again. My question is, where should this wire have been attached to? I've got the electric box cover off and battery out again but can not for the life of me see where it corroded off of? I don't want to leave a loose live wire hanging about if I just reconnect it to battery +ve Thanks in advance, Rob |
