Can't find 92 DS header pipe...

I need to replace my header pipe and I'm trying not to blow $250+ on a new exhaust. Any suggestions? It is not repairable. The last owner destroyed the pipe trying to weld it. Thanks.

I saw someone had made one from 1/2" iron pipe a while ago. Used short sections with the ends threaded and elbows at the corners where it needed to turn. They welded the seams to keep the threads from leaking.
