G2 Ignitor
Is there some place one could buy just the female plug of the Yamaha G2 ignitor without buying the whole wiring harness?

Re: G2 Ignitor
I suppose so. I am just wondering why Yamaha or some other after market guys do not make one. Not enoughj buyers? Hmmm. Or the want to sell the whole harness.
Anyway, I took time and patience to remove the female pins one by one. Then I soldered small colored wires (following the original color scheme), wrapped in shrink tube then inserted one by one. Neat job, I would say. So that they cannot be pulled out accidentally, I used a glue gun to fill in the hole/spaces between them. Candle droppings can be an alternative. |
