03 Yamaha g22e problems
Cart just stopped and have battery voltage of bout 52.4. Ignition switch is good, run/tow switch is by passed, and f/n/r switch is good. Battery side is about a volt and a half difference higher than controller side of solenoid. I need yo know what's next to check.

Re: 03 Yamaha g22e problems
I'm having almost the exact same issue. Does anyone know what this problem could be.

Re: 03 Yamaha g22e problems
I don't know if it is the same problem I had a few years ago with my 03-g22e but hope it's not. Mine turned out to be some components got fried in the controller. I thought I could get someone to replace the burnt parts but was told I had to buy a new one. EXPENSIVE!
If possible, remove the controller and open it up (I think it takes a torx type screwdriver to open it). You'll know by the odor whether or not any components got fried. Best of luck! |
