Default 36V Battery comparison Chart and other questions

I am researching batteries to replace y current 36v system in a series ezgo. The current batteries are 6v powertrons that are from 2011.

I would really like to go to 48v but its not in the budget at this moment to replace the controller, solenoid and charger.

I remember seeing a comparison char of amp hours and other stats between the certain models. I found the one in a current thread for 8v batteries but not 6v.

What are the current recommendations for 6v. I have a cousin who works at Rural King (similar to Tractor Supply) and he gets a 10% discount. They have exide 6vs there but do not list any specs on the website.

We also have a Interstate Store in our area that gives a bit of a discount on blems to firefighters which I would qualify for..

I have sen that the Trojans are about the best going right now.. but $125+ x6, well that may be out of the budget as well...

Thanks in advance for reading..

Ty

Interstates or Exides, Hmmmm. No matter what you choose, get the one with the highest Amp Hour (AH) rating you can afford. It will not only give you the highest capacity for "long trips", but will last you more years in between need for replacement. The less you draw the batteries down each use between charges, the longer they will last in years.

Search this site for " Trojan or cheaper Exide's. Really a big difference?"
I'd put a link to it but...

Post #2 contains the chart you are looking for.

Here is the 6V caparison sheet you are probably looking for.
Also attached is a trade brochure for Exide cart batteries. As you see, their 6V cart batteries come in several grades.

I special ordered my Exide GC-145 batteries through a local Rural King store.
