Upgraded controller problem Navitas 440amp
purchased a 440 amp controller and installed it today. got it from buggies unlimited and it is the navitas 440amp for g29. upon install I put the cart in forward applied throttle and it immediately felt like it went wide open. I hit the brakes and turned the key off immediately. shortly after that I turned down the on the fly controller assuming that may have been my issue but after that I had absolutely no response and I began to receive error code 2-4 (controller not pre charging). Im not sure how to get this code to go away or what my issue is. Also I was originally getting over 50v displayed in the app after install. It now shows 0V on the app and the controller is on with the flashing code 2-4 event though the app says 0v
