![]() Early 90's EZGo charger quite working. Manufacture date on charger, 9-xx-90. Charger has been working well until middle of last week. Found 120volt wire from fuse block to relay on circuit board corroded off. Replaced, but still no go. All other wires look good. There is 120 volts to relay but not going thru relay to timer terminal. Have 29 volts from cart to terminals inside charger. About 8 years ago I replaced circuit board. Back then I think I was told to jumper directly from the 120 volt fuse to the terminal on the timer mechanism bypassing board. Charger worked so replaced board. Would that be correct procedure? Print on charger face ==Industrial Battery Charger # 20484. Any help would be appreciated. Ard Ardb@aol.com

![]() I think that 29 volts is to low for the charger to kick on you may try charging your batteries two at a time with your 12 volt automotive charger to get pack voltage back up and see if it kicks on
