Columbia par car help

Hey guys I have a 1990 Columbia par car and I need a new driven clutch (one on the right hand side standing behind the cart looking at engine)
Now I have found a place that sells the clutch and how do I know if it's the right one as they list it as a 1982-1991 and replaces oem 33245-83B
And also found a new belt that is for the same model and it's part number is 36398-82 and is 1-7/8" wide x 35-1/4" outside diameter

Now I want to know if they will fit my cart but I measured my one on the cart and it measured 31mm which is 1-1/4" wide so is my cart fitted with the wrong one or worn down?

Can anyone help me out as I need a clutch as mine is munted as you can see from my pics in my other post.
