03 Club Car intermittent spark.
My 2003 Club Car DS just started this problem. It will run fine for days, then I can get on it and it will attempt to just start but it will not. It will do this cold or hot. Once when I went out to drive it, it would not start. I checked the spark plug (about 6 months old) and no spark. Went across the garage to get something and when I came back I tried it again and I had spark. Put the plug back in and it runs great. Any suggestions where to start???

Disconnect the RPM Limiter per here: http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/gas-c...v-limiter.html
and see what happens. |

That was it!! It finally started acting up again so I could try that and I disconnected it, taped it up and now it has been running great. Now to find a replacement!! Thanks for the tip!!! |
