Can you explain the "flooding out" in a little more detail and more about the cart? what year? Motor?
Does it only when starting? only when cold? Just over night or all day?
lift kit?

If they're adjustable put the piston at TDC and check the valves yet? .004 when cold for both

I forgot to mention earlier, Welcome to BGW!!

How mush lift?
When did it start?
Have you done anything to troubleshoot the problem?
Most people will mention what they checked so we don't cover it twice but then some are lazy and don't bother opening the seat before they ask.

Nevermind.......rebuild the carb.

He stated new carb in the first post . Why was the carb replaced? Was it due to the same problem? IF SO then we can rule out carburetor !!!
