Powerwise qe charger volt?
My powerwise qe 48 volt rxv charger gets up to 64 5 volts while charging. Is that
near normal? |

at what point in the charge cycle does the voltage get to this point. trickle charge at 1st then kicks in to full rated charge. is this the point the charge cycle goes to 64 volts?
