Recommendations on a Battery Conditioner/Maintainer?
Can anyone recommend a good battery conditioner/maintainer? I just got a 2003 PDS with unknown age batteries. Seems to hold a good charge and has good behind-the-wheel feel for speed and torque. I have a buddy at work who is into motorcycles and he was telling me about using a battery maintainer to keep the battery good and fresh throughout the winter when not being used. Unless I can find a place nearby to take my cart to for frequent runs, I will only be using the cart a few weeks out of the year and I definitely want to keep my batteries as fresh as possible. I am hoping to get as much life as I possibly can get out of these batteries as I would rather focus my next big battery purchase on new batteries for an AC conversion. Your advise and wisdom is much appreciated. Thanks!
