? on Club Car rev limiter and tranny fluid

just bought a 92 clubcar and was doing some maintenance. Chgd oil and filter, air filter, greased five fittings on the front. rear end oil was full and I noticed a puff of air when I removed the plug, is there a vent for this that may be plugged ??

Also what does the tranny take 80w90 ?

I also increased the speed by adjusting the gov arm, once in awhile on a flat it hits the rev limiter, if I just let up on the gas it doesnt, is this ok ?? Or by adjusting the brass rod coming out of the plastic box up front can I stop this ??

That would limit the throttle plate in the carb.... I don't think you want to do that.....

80/90 is fine for the diff.

Train your ear to tell your foot to stay out of the revlimiter ......

Hummm that cable changes the carb ?? It doesnt go to the carb it goes to the gov arm in the back ??

how much thread should I see sticking out of that box ??
