Cart didn't slow down
I need some help with finding out why my cart flipped on me. I was going down a hill, not a real steep hill, and made a turn and the thing flipped on me. I have the original pds system and its the "all terrain" mode. I took my foot off the pedal and nothing even slowed it and by the time I put my foot on the brake the cart was already tipping. I thought these things were supposed to slow you down without pushing the brake pedal.

Re: Cart didn't slow down
It was a 2002 TXT PDS Fleet car that I bought online. 350 AMP capacity with non-contact inductive throttle sensor. It has the all terrain "plug" in it.

Sounds like you were going way too fast before you knew the carts potential!

Re: Cart didn't slow down
If the cart had a rebuilt and / or aftermarket controller, the regenerative braking feature may have been disabled? Could be something else, too. Has the cart seen water recently? Puddles, Splashing, Creek crossings? If the pedal box is full of water, the ITS may not "see" that the pedal was 'coasting' or not depressed?
