Default Help with fault code please.

I have a 09 Tomberlin emerge with a Curtis controller. It is giving me a 1,2 fault code and has no movement. New batteries reading 51volts.

Thanks,

Default Re: Help with fault please.

1,2 fault according to manual is "Wiper signal out of range". (It's referring to the accelerator potentiometer not the windshield wipers of course for someone who wants to make fun of how I worded that.)

Possible causes:
1. Throttle input wire open
2. Throttle wires shorted
3. Throttle defective.

Often times it's a bad hall effect sensor in the throttle box assembly, the 1008284. https://evtechnicalservices.com/onli...-cvg1008284-na

There's also a tech tip for installing into the older cars as the older ones have a circuit board attached that is not needed anymore. https://evtechnicalservices.com/onli...ule-cvg1008284
