G2 electric ignition switch.... HELP!!!!!
Have an old G2 electric gold cart, and it's not getting any power. There's a 2 wire plug coming off the switch that's not connected to anything, and there is no corresponding plug. One wire is red, the other is brown. I have a sneaky suspicion that this is my problem. Can someone please tell me where these wires are supposed to connect? What do they run to? Thanks in advance

Red wire goes to the fuse. Brown wire goes to both the stop switch and to the back switch. There should be a connector there to accept the end you found hanging off the main switch. That is unless someone cut the harness.
Also, to get a clearer idea of what goes where, do a Google search for Yamaha G2 electric diagram. Good luck! |
