Default Grinding sound from rear end when I let off the go pedal

2007 EZGO txt electric.

I only hear the sound when I let off the go pedal. Its not like a grinding sound like trying to find a gear in a manual tranny but more like a continuous clicking..

Cart is all stock for what I know.

Thanks
Ty

Just for starts.....but have you just tried looking under the cart to see if perhaps a stick or a sturdy weed stem has gotten jammed under the cart and is perhaps rubbing against a wheel when you power off? Always start simple. (That's what my wife said when she married me.)

Took a look underneath and didn't see anything.

If it were me I would remove hubcaps if you have them and check for stones. Remove rear wheels and re-torque castle nuts. Reinstall rear wheels and torque lug nuts in a criss cross pattern. Takes a little muscle and its free. After that maybe drop the pan to make sure there is oil in there if you don't know the carts history. I'm guessing here. To me, grinding is different than clicking. For me grinding = seek professional help.
