Default Hard jolt when starting off

2014 S4 with the governor adjusted all the way out. Is there any way to eliminate the jolt when starting to move? I feather the pedal to minimize, but it can still be annoying.

You're probably having an issue with your primary clutch.

The issue started immediately after I adjusted the governor. I thought it may have to do with the spring mechanism that is attached to the throttle cable. I had a 2013 L4 that did the exact same thing after adjusting the governor. Thanks for your response:)

It's because the way the stock clutch spring is. It is meant to start slowly with the governor bone stock. They sell clutch kits for the drive and driven clutch. They are listed for the TXT, but may work, as these carts are essentially the same as those. Just ask wherever you decide to buy the part from first. Not sure which does what, but one clutch spring is for low end, and the other will make it so you start moving sooner in power band.
