Ranger 160 in 2008 Drive
Will I have any issues with the added height of the batteries. Measuring with a straight edge across the seat area shows it is going to be darn close, especially with the two batteries in the center on the hump.

Hey Cre, what batteries do you have in it now that you are changing to the Ranger?
Do you have any issues with the controller? |

Re: Ranger 160 in 2008 Drive
Currently I believe I have the 890 maybe 875. Don't remember for sure. They finished their fourth season and just don't have the run time anymore. I was seriously considering trading for one those noisy carts and the wife didn't agree. So after hearing about the Ranger160's I decided to go that route. Buddy of mine got me a pretty good deal on them so hopefully I will be happy next week when I install them.
Controller wise I have been very happy. Cart is almost to fast, it gets squirrely on anything but perfect roads going down a bumpy hill will make you pucker right before you get on the brakes. |

I had that feeling about being squirrely. The concern I have is if my son is driving. He'll probably roll it

I put a clamp with a bolt on the go pedal to limit travel. My daughter wasn't happy.

Curious to hear your thoughts on the Rangers'. Just bought some T890. Very pleased but rightfully so since I had US Batteries. The numbers for those batteries is impressive. What's a "great deal"? I paid 976 for mine. But that was the cheapest to be found in So Cal.

Paid that exact price for these, except I gave my buddy an even 1K for the batteries. My 890's held up well for 4 years but just couldn't hold up anymore.
