Default Pickup a good looking ST480 need wiring help

so i pickup a ST480 with 16hp vanguard motor. guy said it was 2006 but it has a A299 manuf. code. so i think its a 1999 model right now. (haven't dove in the decoding yet.)

it starts and runs (drives) at WOT but i have to hold the gas pedal down 1/2 way to keep the motor running. this kart literally does not have any form of idle. i keep hearing rumors of solenoids on the carb or adjustment needles screws, yet i cant see any in "replacement product" photos or on the kart it's self. but im trying other simpler things like new gas, plugs filters etc.

also there are cut wires EVERYWHERE! i found a owners, service, and part # manuals but OMG i cant find a whole-cart wiring schematic for the life of me. anyone know of a non-fake PDF not behind a fake Ebook pay wall?

thanks but i had found those already before i joined as a member here. i need, for example, what wire color does what on the ignition switch connector. i got all the wires cut off the ignition switch plug except for a greenish wire. the oil light and gas only work when cranking (not good) and that was after i found several disconnected neglected wires.

im new so cant post pics or links.
