G2 trans info
How strong is a G2 rear end? Going to be putting about 45 horsepower to mine. I'd love to find shorter gearing to compensate for the larger tires. Hoping it will be easier on the trans.

There center sections are pretty stout. The weak link is the splines at the end of the axles where they slide into the diff gears.

Dave is the man! Dave keep your eyes open for a passenger side G8E axle. I'd like to keep a couple spares.
