Continental Batteries 48v New Opinions
I picked up a 2017 TXT 48v The other day that came from a golf course. So who knows how the batteries have been cared for since it was new. it has the 8v Trojan batteries and I can’t seem to get them above an 80% charge. it came with the Delta Q SC-48 charger which I’ve heard awful things about. My Lester summit 2 comes in today and hopefully selecting the proper profile will help the batteries because honestly I don’t feel that their too old. so if the charger doesn’t help I am thinking about trying the continental batteries. I can get a set brand new for $510, only about 20 minutes from the house. Has anyone used these batteries? My neighbor installed a set in his Club Car back in April and so far he’s happy, but can’t give an honest opinion on them yet. I’m pretty mechanically inclined and I don’t mine doin maintenance on batteries. Thanks I’m advance.
