That makes sense. Presumably the work that Bob (?) does traveling around the SE tweaking controllers changes the parameters to increase torque and thus climbing speed on stock E-Z-Go carts?

As I recall you were installing an Evolution with Alltrax controller?
Still waiting impatiently for the battery to come in still. It was supposed to be the week before last, then last week now maybe this week. I did install the Alltrax and new speed motor from Dave at revolution though.
Speed went from 19mph to 31mph with a quite a bit more torque. I’m very happy so far. I can’t wait for the lithium to come in.

Our 2003 IQ was about the same - 16-17mph (stock) up to 27-28mph with a 400A controller/cables/relay.
