2015 RXV back up buzzer
The buzzer is extremely load and annoying so I wrapped it in tape to tone it down. I've read that you can't just snip the wires, or the controller won't let you drive. Is this true?
I have been wanting to add an LED backup light. Could I connect it to the horn wire to get a light that comes on while backing and fool the controller that something is still connected? |

Re: 2015 RXV back up buzzer
Mike it would be best if you didn't cut or splice into the RXV wiring. To many end up buying a new controller because of it. If you have a DC to DC converter why don't you hook up to that. You can set it up to run off of a switch.
