2009 ezgo rxv curtus controller bolt snapped

I was driving down the road when cart just stopped. After some inspection noticed that negative battery wire to controller melted off at the B- on controller. Not sure why, maybe loose but don't know original cause. Went to take bolt off and snapped off. How do I fix? Is the controller done?

You sure can't hurt it by trying to remove that broken bolt. If you do nothing it's already toast. Take the controller out of the cart. Put it in a vise on a drill press and see if you can drill it out. Start with a very small drill and work your way up.
