electric cart won't GO!!
Batteries have voltage, but the cart won't go...it jerk's like the
brake is stuck on....but we are able to manually push it-so the brake is not engaged. How do i check what else could be causing this acceration problem?? |

Ok can you tell us what cart you have? how old are the batteries?? And if you have a DMM meter can you give us some volt readings of each battery and a reading of the pack volts  |

Junk...I had a similar problem with my build. I found out I had a loose connection. Simple as it may sound, but that was my problem. Check all connections to make sure they are tight. Do all the simple checks first before looking into the major ones. I have found it is the simple things that are the ones that usually show they ugly head.
Check all connections, do a battery check (both the entire pack and each battery, check the water levels). Let us know what you have found. |
