I would say 6:1. What kind of cart do you have? Give info.

I'm confused. The EZ-GO Textron service manual, 1989-1993 (Marathon) says to use SAE-80-90 oil, 8-10 oz. (see page S-14). I have the Spicer-Dana rear end in my 1994 Marathon.

Should I be using 30wt or 80-90 wt?

30 weight engine oil has the same viscosity as 80-90 weight gear oil. You can use either one, but if you use motor oil make sure it is non-detergent oil.

2011 RXV Elec 48v. What should I use in the diff? Is Royal Purple any good? I see a lot of YouTubers putting 5w30.

For the RXV you want 75-90 limited slip gear oil. Don't use any motor oil!

That Valvoline oil would be fine but, you have to add 2oz friction modifier also, or look for the 75-90 LS oil, with the friction modifier included.

That's the beauty of it.
It claims it's in there already.
Plus the flexible container to reach the fill port.
