1984 marth. Truns but will not run

OK guys, take me back to school!! 1984 2 cycle Marth.
I have spark ,,I have compression,, I have fuel,, Makes no attempt to fire or run. I have tried cranking motor over and holding my hand over carb. I have no Vacuum at carb!!
Any Ideas?

Well to rule out the carburetor remove the air filter assembly and squirt some gas/oil directly into the carburetor. It it fires and dies you have a carb / fuel pump issue. If it doesn't (and you are really sure that you have a spark) then you have to suspect your crankshaft seals.

Have you changed the plug? Ive gotten several small engine powered things like mowers and edgers from garage sales and they wouldn't run. The plug would have spark outside the cylinder but it wouldn't fire inside the cylinder. Changed to a new plug and runs great. Spark good enough to spark anywhere EXCEPT for under compression. (google it) Could be a bad plug wire also. Not saying this is whats wrong, just something to check no more than a plug cost.

Ok I figured it out,,The carb on my cart is not stock and the gas pedal was not opening the carb about a 1/4" ,,Once I saw this I could pull the cable by hand and it runs!!!
Now I just have to figure out a way to fix it
