Re: 1993 Club Car Help
Cart is working! The diode was a set back because prior to it being removed the solenoid was clicking. Honestly I believe it may not have been working because of dirty connectors( and maybe discharged batteries). We removed every connector, wire brushed them and applied a copper based anti-ox coat on them. I could not honestly tell when the cart was charged last but before i left last night, I hooked the charger up to it and it charged for atleast 12 hours. So today we replaced the diode and replaced all the microswitches we fried yesterday. Hooked it all up while on the jackstands and it turned on immediately. Looks like that new motor is running it about 20 mph now. Now he is thinking about a paint job and a lift kit for this CC. Anyone have any suggestions for good prices or have some take offs for sale? Thanks for the help, RL
