Default Still having problem 08 ez go 36v

Ok still having problems with electrical on cart thought was fixed I have charged batteries with car charger all say 6.5v each but when measure the pack I am not getting 38v more like 13v and 3 batteries month old 3 are less than a year

If each battery reads 6.5V, than the pack voltage ought to read 39.0V, so you either have a bad voltmeter or bad cables connecting the batteries in series, or the batteries are not connected in series like they are supposed to be.

I'm thinking may be one or more of the leads bad or loose as they are same arangement as always been

Remove all the cables, clean everything and reassemble. Only torque the nuts on the battery terminals to about 8 or 9 ft/lb.

Problem solved had bad connection between batteries so made up new cables and its like new thanks again for all the help.

Glad to hear you found the problem and fixed it.

It is a good idea to periodically feel the cables after driving hard. They may feel slightly warm, but not hot and all should feel about same temperature.

A non-contact IR thermometer is a handy gadget to have.
