Default precedent doesn't move all the time

07 precedent with brand new batteries in it and i put a brand new F&W switch in when i got the cart 6 months ago, I pull it in and out of my shop everyday and lately it has been intermittently not working. When I put it in reverse and push the throttle it acts like it wants go go for a second and then nothing, play with the switch and turn it off and on a few time and it will start working again. The switch i got for it was a on-off-on marine switch, would this be the issue? Or any ideas?

Does the buzzer work when you put it in reverse. That should tell you if the switch is working.

Instead of turning the key sw on and off try pushing the throttle pedal to the floor about 20-25 times. See if that makes it any better. You may have a bad MCOR.

I'm about out of ideas but try these:

Search the forum for: High Pedal Disable fault
and
OBC sleep mode

See if either describes your problem

Sounds like a bad MCOR to me. The internal microswitch can fail and become intermittent.

Mine was doing the exact same thing with a MCOR2 in it, mistakingly bought a MCOR3 which turned out to be worse in short order, bought a MCOR4 from Tahoe above and its been smooth sailing since.....
