Should the two small terminals on the solenoid have 36 volt to activate or is it a ground switch

I get 7 volts on the two small terminals and it drops to 4.6 volts when apply peddle. Has 33 volts on both sides of the solenoid all the time (large post)

Ok did the dcs test from the site

Red wire on crontroller has 33
Black wire has 14.5
White wire has 1.4 with pedal fully depressed

No solenoid click. Solenoid does have exact same voltage on both sides of large terminal. But this thing does a lot of wiring problems when I got it. But I think everything is hooked up right

With Run/Tow in Run, Key ON and F/R is F (or R), both small terminals on the solenoid should have full pack voltage. When the pedal is pushed, the voltage on the small terminal will the single (blue) wire on it, should drop to zero and the solenoid should click.

Unless the solenoid contacts are welded together, I'm not sure how you are getting exactly the same voltage on both large terminals.

If the solenoid has a resistor, or a pc board with a resistor and diode on it, between the two large terminals, remove it for the time being.
