Thought I would round out the thread with my "finished product" pics. I ended up putting a D&D motor in after the stock motor showed itself to be shot, and got everything buttoned up just in time to take the kids trick or treating last night. It was a blast! Got a lot of compliments on the cart, which feels great when you know you put a lot of work into it. Thanks again to everyone for all of their help, this forum is an invaluable tool. Enjoy the pics!

Thanks a lot Scotty! All of your help throughout the project has been awesome! Talked to Alltrax today about the throttling issue, they are sending me a capacitor to hook up to the B- terminal on the controller to try to reduce some "high/low" frequency crossing. Additionally I ran the cart with the Alltrax Monitor running and my speed sensor is not reading any RPM, so I guess I need to get that swapped out?
