no reverse, 98 series txt

I have recently lost reverse. I have changed the position on the FNR to no avail. Is it possible that the micro switch or the solenoid could be the issue? It clicks in both directions, but no go in reverse, thanks

Click in both direction but no go in one direction on a series cart = F&R contact failure

you can disassemble the f/r switch and see if the contact is fried or burnt....i have a carts unlimited heavy duty f/r switch and it is the best-i highly recommend one, if your switch died like mine did...

I have Scottys switch already and it doesn't have all that much time on it. That's why I thought it was something else.

can't rule it out... could be a bad cable or cable connection.

I've already checked the cables, clean and tight. That's what *%^ said. Anyway, I'll rip apart the FNR when I get a chance and inspect. Thanks guys
