Default 48v will not charge !!!!!

Ok chargers later and still no charging ! This is insane ! I haven't gone out and bought the dpi yet. I've tried 2 delta q quiq on board chargers and nothing ! I know the chargers work they were setup on a buddies cart with 48v just like mine and wired direct.

I recently installed 48v batteries brand new Trojans. The cart functions perfect ! Runs, drives, key switch works, lights work etc. what in the hell is going on ??pleae help lol I'm ready to throw in the towel. Are thes chargers not compatable ??? I guess my concern is buying a dpi which everyone claims to get is being held up by this thing not charging with chargers that work !

Dpi does not make a charger for on-board use.

I didn't say anything about dpi on board..... I'm saying I've tried 2 different on board chargers from delta q the black and yellow which both worked on other carts.

Do your quiq chargers have a temp sensor? Did they in their previous life? Many Delta charge profiles require the presence of a temp sensor. Temp sensor is a Grey "wire" with a black plastic box at the end with ring terminal.

One has standard 3 wires off the the charge lead white, black, green.

The other has shown in picture below.

I've tried both with no success. It seems crazy that just a battery change could make charging so difficult.
