A frame chop to lower the axle/raise the cart is a perfectly acceptable mod if done right. You could post a pic or two of the "alteration", might be decent or at least we can pick fun of the hack job.

I won't be scraping any of the electronics. The 36v stuff will be on the shelf that way I have options as far as the motor goes. May see what I can get for the rest or seeing how the lift is acceptable I may get a better body and try to sell the 36v as a roller. The lift actually doesn't look that terrible I just don't like how they tried to weld steel angle to the aluminum I beam of the frame and I personally would rather have a stock height cart then chopping the frame. I have some pics but I can't get them to load without wifi

Pics of the lift job. They welded some globs on there then I think they figured out it wasn't working so they bolted it.

Here are some pics of the controller and pot. Anyone have tips on cleaning and making sure the v glide is dialed in? Also who has done a solid state swap on an older frame? Anyone have pics of how they mounted the electronics? The controller and solenoid are already mounted to a aluminum plate I was thinking I could cut it down and just bolt it to the existing plate where the old 5 solenoid setup originally was.

That's a homemade Z-lift. They actually made a CC factory Z-lift. I'd get the right brackets and build that one for a flip. Just for the cash you could make.

Dave at Revolution Golf Cars could get you the right / OEM stuff.
