Default Jake's spindle lift questions??

The boss gave me the green light on new wheels and tires on the 2010 Precedent. I'm looking at 215/35/14 tires with a 3 inch Jake's spindle lift. I want to keep the cart as low as possible with the larger wheel. Has anyone used this combo? What do you think about this lift kit? Is there a bigger tire size I could use with this lift without scrubbing? Thanks in advance.

According to:
http://www.golfcarttiresupply.com/14...ombo-set-of-4/
They will work on a 1 or 3 in lift.

These tires are 20 in. tall.
I run 20.5 tires on my Precedent with a true 1 inch lift block.
You do have to have a true 1 inch lift block. The first one I bought, after I installed the tires rubbed badly. Got to looking at the block, didn't look right, measured it, it was only 3/4 inch thick. Sent it back and got a chunk of 2.25x1 aluminum bar from local machine shop and made one. Now very little rubbing.
Minimal rubbing on very sharp turns.
You must run on offset rim.
Jakes 3 inch kits are rated for 20 inch tires.

I ended up going with the AllSports 4 inch lift with 22 inch tires on 14 inch rims. David Hicks at Revolution Golf Carts gave me the best deal. The combo works good and I think looks good. The tires sit nice in the wheel wells without too much space in between.
