Default Just saying Hello - New Owner here...

Just a note to say hello. (First Post.) I've been reading on this forum for about a month but I finally joined yesterday.

I'm new to golf carts. Wife and I moved into a golf course community about two months ago and purchased our first cart last month. I love golf, but I also love my new cart and just riding around.

After extensive research, I went with the new Onward by Club Car. It just edged out a new EZGO RXV. Why? Can't really put my finger on it. Both were very nice. The only negative has been top speed. Dealer set it at 18 on flat ground and said he couldn't change it. So it's time to take matters into my own hands.

Long and short, found ScottyB's website from this forum and contacted him. Waiting on the recommended parts to arrive. Will post again after the small controller modification is made.

Knowing my history with previous toys, this is only the first of many modifications to this cart. I'm sure I will need you guys for help along the way. Maybe I can help out too in some form or fashion.

Have a good one,

AlmostEagle

Welcome

Scottyb or Dave at Revolution Golf Cars will look after you (as will all the sponsors but those two in particular).

Must be nerve-wracking to tear into a brand new cart. Good luck!
