All Precedents Have the speed code option, but it’s not going to get you over 20 mph unless you put large tires in it. Even then, it may not do it. Often larger tires are heavy enough to keep the speeds below 20. I recommend an alltrax xct400 Controller , heavy duty solenoid, and larger cables.

I second the Alltrax. Spending $100 on SP4 is a waste considering how much more you get out of an Alltrax. About double the torque and I’m getting 26mph out of a stock motor. My cart came with SP4 too....

Yep. That factory motor will run all day long on the XCT400 and it'll be extremely powerful. Love that setup.
