Default 2000 CC Not closing run solenoid

I have a 2000 club car that will not run in forward or reverse. Batteries are not the problem (properly tested and good voltage.) I thought the run solenoid was bad and replaced it but that was not the problem. It is a 48v regen system, OBC ver 1.35 with the Club Car DS Regen 1999-2002 wiring. If I ground the blue/white wire on the solenoid, the cart will run through all the speeds for forward and reverse with no problem. What controls the blue/white wire to tell the solenoid to close? The OBC or the controller? Any help would be great.

Do what Scotty says, and in the stickys for electric club car there is a wiring diagram that might help you out too

There is no forward reverse micro. It's a rocker switch. I believe powerdrive plus?

I replaced the one on the passenger side. I think the other one wih the heat sink coil has to do with the regen, which is clicking when you push the pedal.

the OBC just controls the the charging cycles, i would look at the wiring diagram see where those wires come from........there arn,t any micro switchs tucked up in that rocker switch? been a while since i have seen one.........................................

The only micro is in the multi step potentiometer and it is good. The blue/white wire that is supposed to ground the run solenoid goes directly into the controller and the wire has continuity to the plug of the controller. Not looking good for the controller is it.

The positive current is hardwired to every component in the system, the OBC supplies the ground to the controller, the controller then supplies ground to the solenoid. Does the reverse buzzer work? That's a sure sign that the OBC is supplying ground to the controller. If it's not working, i'd point more in the direction of the OBC before I changed that expensive controller.
