Charger Question
I have a lestor 36 volt 25 amp charger model 08611 when I plug it in the needle only goes to 11 dc volts and never any higher it charges the golf cart but at one time it would go up to 25 and 30 but now it doesnt does anyone no why this is happening

It can also be because of cables-connections and battery age and condition as well? Older batterys have higher and higher resistance as they age thus cutting amp input down as well. The same is true of battery cables that look good on outside but have corrosion inside insulation.
